So, I guess the Ground Hog saw his shadow. Now this means six more weeks of winter. But, of course, if he hadn't seen his shadow, it would be only six weeks until spring. Does this not sound the same? Oh well, I hate winter any way you look at it.
Can we now finally end discussions about football? The Superbowl is currently underway in my house. But, I am doing my work instead. I try, really, I try, but football just doesn't hold much of my interest. I am glad that a lot of you love it! But what will you talk about now? Is it basketball, hockey...what is it going to be?
As you can imagine, I am mixed up with having two days off last week. But we will regroup and go forth. This week should be more about Photoshop with you guys taking pictures outside of class. Be sure to take the time to take pictures. Have fun with it!!
No extra credit this week. Really, not very many people take the time anyway. I'll give more at a later date. By the way, Friday was American Heart Association "Go Red for Women" celebration. It was a day to become more aware about heart disease in women. You were to wear red. Only one of you got the event correct!!
Have a great week and enjoy homecoming on Friday. Wonder how many will actually dressup this week (besides on Monday!). I usually get into this dressing-up stuff, but we will just have to see how the week goes. Have school spirit and at least wear green/white on Friday!

yea i pretty much dont believe in the whole groundhog day thing anyways i mean winter is winter just as long as it needs to be com'on look at the wheather lately its michigan and yea the superbowl was pretty exiting and what an upset well for some people.
I really wish that we had more interesting days than black and white day, thats not fun.
I am so happy that winter is almost over. I want to go out in shorts and drive around with my windows down. We only have 62 days of school left mrs. chambers. I can't wait to be freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Yeah the groundhog day thing really dosen't mean anything to me. I don't understand what a groundhog has to do with the whole thing anyways. Now that football is over we will probably talk about next years football season. Just kidding
Yeah groundhog day is kinda stupid. And i was just wondering about the principles of this red day, not that ive ever heard of it by why are they just displaying to bring up awareness of heartdeseise in women. Considering its the number one preventable killer in the country in both sexes. idk its lacking in priciple to me why care about a section or group and not the population in a whole. its stupid
the super bowl was disgusting. I cant believe the Pat's lost gahh! oh well. the weather is so messed up right now, its not cool.
I was glad that we had two days off but then I went crazy being home with my brother!! Mrs. Chambers I'm glad that this year is going by fast, but im scared to be a senior!! Well i hope winter gets over VERY VERY soon!!!
winter seems pretty much over for me so the weather is really crazy the last couple of days knowing we didnt have school since thursday. i'm just glad that seniors don't have to make up days. I can't wait only like 62 days left of school :) but i wish that we had some different spirit days something fun and different.
How can you not watch the Superbowl? I don't usually watch football either, but I always watch the Superbowl.
Mrs. Chambers, football season actually never ends, we can talk about off season acqusitions, and the draft is only like 4 months away. O ya and groundhog day is stupid. the day not the movie the movie is sweet.
I am kinda depressed we missed Mon and Tues. They were my personal fav for spirit week. I really am tired of football taking over my usual tv shows i watch. I am glad its over, but in my house it is SPORTS SPORTS SPORTS all the time (even my MOM!)so all i am going to hear about now is Basketball.
Chambdawg...You can't ever quit talking about football. But Hockey is pretty sweet. I am glad they brought Pajama day back for this homecoming. Eventhough you don't like it chamdawg. I love winter I hope it continues.
Yeah Mrs. Chambers I don't think it is winter no more it looks like April because of all the rain I mean come on it was heavy rain with lightning last night.

Yeah the whole groundhog thing doesnt make sence if you really think abou it. I didnt even know that groundhog day was when it was. I still dont even know what day it was. How did "groundhog day" even come about?
