How would you "Make a Difference?"

This shall, to everyone's enjoyment, be a rather short blog. It is currently 11:19 p.m. and I should be in bed. My 5:30 a.m. alarm is sure to startle me in the morning. But I cannot skip my blog for the week. So here it is...

Next Saturday is Make a Difference Day. Did you know? I did, but am unsure how to make that difference. It is very uplifting to read about all those famous and not so famous individuals that will be "making a difference" next week. I somehow feel left out. How would you choose to make a difference?

My final thought for the evening is this...I sit here in my "den" while my husband watches football in the livingroom. What is up with all the "joy" over football? Many of you blog about football and I just can't seem to even watch it on TV. I did attend four years of football games at Adrian High School because my daughters played in the band. Clearly I was there for halftime and not the game!! So, is it a "guy" thing? Do you ladies enjoy football just as much? I was just wondering.

Remember to read each others' blogs and comment!! I am enjoying this blog thing, are you??

hey Mrs.Chambers i enjoy watching football i guess you just have to have a knack for it. I would rather watch professional and highschool football rather than college tho.

Hey Mrs. Chambers I don't know what is up with the football thing because I personally really rather watch a baseball game instead but each to their own. As for making a difference I think even if its a little thing like donating clothes to goodwill or something everyone could make a difference so why not?

No if you watched a few games you would understand that is actually fun to watch but not to blog about

Hmmmm Mrs. Chambers with your job your already tryin to make a difference your trying to shape my peers along with myself into respectable citezens, now as for football, its sorta an unexplainable love, i watch it can't tell you why, now why football maybe over other sports is because the unpredictability of football you can never script a game. You never know when theres gonna be a turnover, or a big return or a trick play that totaly switches the game.

I like watching football!! I would rather watch professional but its okay!! High school is fun to watch because they are actually in it for fun!! I think that you just have to like the sport to like to watch it!!

Watching football is just a great way to relax and enjoy a great sport. College football is what I love to watch on Saturdays. The NFL is all right and theres so many big "hits".

I really don't have any idea on how i could try to make a difference this saturday. I think that so many people like to watch football becuase it is an american tradition just to watch it or even play it. I definately like to watch and play it both.

football is completely retarded
(no offense to all you fans)
but all i think of is annoying girls screaming and meat heads getting psyched over something that won't really matter a week from now.

i enjoy adrian's halftime shows !

I don't really know how I would make a difference. Now onto the football thing, there are women who like football. My oldest sister likes football. I just love to watch football. It so unpredictable. It's just something that has been in America forever. Playing it is way better than watching it, but watching it is good, too.

Ehh make a difference day? Never heard about it. But I'm pretty your making a difference in our lives everyday by teaching us computer skills so there's no reasont to feel left out. I like football, but I cant sit and watch a whole game on tv, nor am I a crazed fanatic about the sport also.

I really enjoy watching football, especially when I know a person, ore people who are playing. I guess people have different tastes. I don't like to watch baseball, and some people would rather watch it. Its really all in your opinion.

MRS. CHAMBERS, I HATE FOOTBALL! and I never go to sand creek games. I always saw you last year at Adrian games, but I only went to conversate with my friends. I think too many people have an obsession with football, and its retarded.

The way I am going to make a difference is to make people McDonalds sandwhiches because I have to work all day on Saturday. Also Chambdawg it is not just a guy thing with football if you sat down and tried to understand it i think you would get into it.

I live for college football. High school is great too, not a huge fan of Pro though. Too many egos and not enough football. My mom is the same way, so I don't really think its a guy thing, unless she got a sex change operation? haha.

Famous people shouldn't need a day to make a difference. They're rich, they should make some sort of difference everyday.

I don't care for watching footbal unless I am on the sideline cheering. I just don't get into games unless it is my school. I have a lot of spirit for my school so I love watchig it...but I think it would be different watching it next year in the bleachers.
